We are hiring for two core producer roles, plus a dedicated track for agents bringing a book.
- Personal Lines Producer. Quote and close home, auto, umbrella, and bundled household coverage from warm inbound leads, and grow a loyal retail book.
- Commercial Lines Producer. Win small and mid-market commercial accounts across general liability, property, workers comp, trucking, habitational, senior care, and our specialty niches. Bigger accounts, bigger commissions.
- Agents with a book. If you own renewals and want a better home for them, we have an acquisition and bring-your-book track with terms built around what you have already built.
Who we are looking for
You may be a fit if you are any of the following:
- An experienced producer who wants warm leads, more carriers, and uncapped pay instead of a shrinking captive contract.
- A motivated newer agent with a property and casualty license (or one in progress) who is coachable and hungry. We will train the right person.
- An agent with an existing book looking to bring it somewhere that will grow it, not just hold it.
How you get paid
This is a commission-only role, and that is a feature, not a catch. Because we hand you warm leads, you are not starting from zero every month the way most commission-only jobs work.
- Tiered new-business commission that grows as you produce, with a higher split on business you source yourself.
- Renewal income on the book you build, so your earnings stack year over year instead of resetting.
- Production and retention bonuses, including a bundle bonus for multi-policy households.

Is this really commission-only?
Yes, and it works differently here. Most commission-only roles make you find every lead yourself. We hand you warm, high-intent inbound from our marketing engine, so you can start closing right away. You also earn renewal income on the book you build, which gives you a compounding base over time. Earnings are uncapped.
Do you really provide leads?
We do. Our website ranks on page one and is cited in AI search across dozens of insurance topics, which produces a steady stream of inbound prospects who are already looking to buy. Those leads go to our producers. You can also self-source for a higher commission split when you want to.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. This role is remote-friendly. You can work from anywhere, or from our offices in Elgin or Huntley, Illinois if you prefer an in-person environment.
Do I need a license to apply?
An active property and casualty license is ideal, but we also consider motivated candidates with a license in progress. If you are experienced, even better. If you are newer but coachable and driven, we will train the right person.
I have my own book of business. Can I bring it?
Yes. We have a dedicated track for agents who own renewals, including bring-your-book and acquisition options built around what you have already grown. Mention your book in your application and we will tailor the conversation.
