With more than 25 years of experience across both the carrier and agency sides of the insurance industry, Neal brings a deep and well‑rounded expertise to every client relationship. He specializes in workers’ compensation, with a strong emphasis on medical management, injury‑related cost containment, and strategies that help employers protect their workforce while controlling expenses.

Neal also has extensive experience placing coverage for homeowners associations, the trucking industry, and assisted living facilities—giving him a broad understanding of niche and complex risk environments. Outside of his professional work, Neal is deeply connected to his community. He has spent years coaching youth football in Huntley, Illinois, and is a dedicated husband and proud father of two.

Before joining Pro Insurance Group, he successfully owned and operated his own insurance agency, giving him a deep understanding of both the technical and relational sides of the business.
