1. Who we are
Pro Insurance Group is an independent insurance brokerage licensed in Illinois and 40+ states. This policy explains how we handle information collected through proinsgrp.com, our quote forms, and our communications with you. It applies to website visitors, prospects, and clients.

When you request a quote, contact us, or buy a policy, you may give us your name, contact details, business and property information, vehicle and driver details, prior coverage and claims history, and other facts an insurer needs to evaluate your risk. For commercial accounts this can include operations, revenue, and payroll.

Like most websites, we collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and analytics to operate and improve the site.

We use your information to prepare quotes, place and service your insurance, respond to your requests, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and (where permitted) send you relevant updates.

We share your information with insurance carriers and wholesale markets to obtain quotes and bind coverage; service providers that help us operate (such as our agency-management and CRM systems); and others when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

As an insurance brokerage, Pro Insurance Group is a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We collect nonpublic personal information to provide insurance products and services, restrict access to those who need it to serve you, and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about current or former clients except as permitted by law.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by call or SMS about your quote, policy, or account, and with your consent for marketing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 833-776-4671 or info@proinsgrp.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages about an active policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
7. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
8. How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and store client data in secured agency systems rather than loose files. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry and regulatory standards.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, to opt out of certain sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights (for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws). Our site is intended for adults seeking insurance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
