With more than 25 years on both the carrier and agency sides of insurance, Neal brings deep, well-rounded expertise to every client. He specializes in workers compensation, with a strong focus on medical management and cost containment, and has extensive experience placing coverage for homeowners associations, the trucking industry, and assisted living facilities. Outside of work, Neal coaches youth football in Huntley and is a dedicated husband and proud father of two.

Outside of work, Dave volunteers with Huntley Youth Sports, coaching football and girls softball, and is a proud father of three.

Patrick brings more than 30 years in insurance to Pro Insurance Group. He built and ran his own Allstate agency in Palatine for 27 years, where he and his staff helped thousands of northwest suburban families and kept more than 91 percent of their customers year after year. Now, as an independent producer, he compares home, auto, condo, and umbrella coverage across 20+ carriers so clients get the right protection at the right price. Patrick lives in Port Barrington, has been married for 31 years, and has played the bagpipes since he was 12, today in a pipe band with his son and sister.
